About Me
About Me
I’m a Principal Product Designer and innovation strategist focused on UX strategy for complex enterprise products, specializing in 0→1 innovation and AI-powered experiences. I find the problem nobody has scoped yet, get product, engineering and AI teams behind a clear North Star, and sequence it into milestones the business can fund. The result is products and new ways of working that people can understand, trust, and adopt.
I lead through the work and through people. I’m hands-on, working closely with product, engineering, research, and business teams to explore what’s possible, shape product vision, make emerging ideas tangible, and move them toward real-world outcomes.
I’ve also built and grown design teams. At Sage People, I managed and grew the UX team across product design, research, and content, setting experience standards and developing designers through critique and coaching. I’ve run company-wide workshops that helped teams adopt design thinking and customer-centered ways of working, and I bring stakeholders together early so design shapes decisions instead of following them.
