Deliverables
End to end journey from connecting and setting up a company on Sage People HCM to processing payroll.

Challenges

Users are facing several challenges with their payroll system. Communication with clients is inefficient and relies on time-consuming methods such as email, file sharing, and phone calls. Additionally, the approval process is disjointed from the payroll products and can be a pain to deal with.

Collecting data from clients is another hurdle, as the data comes in various formats and needs to be reviewed before inputting. Furthermore, there is a significant amount of work that needs to be done outside of the payroll software, and the software itself only covers about 5% of what needs to be done to complete a pay run.

The payroll software lacks a clear process to follow, and options are scattered around the interface, making it difficult to learn and remember. These processes can also be very lengthy, adding to the frustration of using the system. Overall, there is a need for a more streamlined and efficient payroll system that addresses these challenges.

Our software will cover a larger percentage of the work required to complete a pay run, freeing up our clients' time to focus on other important aspects of their business. We aim to set a new standard for efficiency, accuracy, and exceed our clients' expectations, helping them achieve their business objectives with ease and confidence.
